Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Iwiroa No. 8 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Friday, the 2nd day of June, 1916, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Mary Neenan shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 29th day of April, 1916.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Iwiroa No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Friday, the 2nd day of June, 1916, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to John F. Pettie shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Kaha Papakainga No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Friday, the 2nd day of June, 1916, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Te Tane Tukaki shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District of Rangitaiki, Lot 41B No. 10c, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 6th day of June, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“1. That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Lena Davies shall be agreed to.
“2. That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Agnes Paterson shall be agreed to.”

“1. That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Douglas Larnach shall be agreed to.
“2. That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to James C. Cleland and Richard Turpin shall be agreed to.”

“1. That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Lena Davies shall be agreed to.
“2. That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Sarah Phillips shall be agreed to.”
