REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukaingataru B 3, Section 1A, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of May, 1916, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“1. That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Perenara Kihirini shall be agreed to.

“2. That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Pirihi Kerei shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 6L No. 2B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of May, 1916, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Wahiao Simpkins shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Emily F. Abbott shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to William Andrews shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tauhara Middle No. 4A No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taupo on Friday, the 26th day of May, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of lease and a proposed alienation of flax-cutting rights to Wiremu te Waiharakeke Honotapu shall be agreed to.”
