SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 6 acres 1 rood 7 perches.
Portion of Section 6, Waiwera Parish (S.O. 18769), Block
I, Tiritiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39908,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zea-
land and its Dependencies; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day
of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and sixteen.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block III,
Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, and of the Hokianga County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Whangape Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as
closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto,
which is not required by reason of the road described in
the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road: 1 acre 2 roods 17 perches and 19·5 perches.
Portion of Section 37.
Coloured on plan: Red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 37 and 38.
Coloured on plan: Green.
All situated in Block III, Whangape Survey District (S.O.
17635).
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39909,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Stopping a Government Road in Blocks IX and XIII,
Coleridge Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred
and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is
enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly
notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or
any part thereof:
And whereas the Government road described in the
Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of
a road:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act,
and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in
the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped:—
14 acres 2 roods, adjoining or passing through R.S. 30100,
Blocks IX and XIII.
3 roods 16 perches, adjoining or passing through part
R.S. 30100, Block XIII.
Situated in Coleridge Survey District.
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33552,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
