were made and passed by the members of the club on the
20th day of December, 1915, and signed by the Chairman
and Secretary.

are hereby approved this eighth day of January, 1916.

In the matter of the N.Z. Piano Company (Limited).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named
company duly convened and held at the company’s
offices, 128 Manchester Street, Christchurch, on Friday, the
3rd day of December, 1915, the following resolution was duly
passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting
of the said company also duly convened and held at the
same place on Saturday, the 18th day of December, 1915,
the same resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, viz.:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the
provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that Ralph
Norman Baker, of Christchurch, Accountant, be hereby
appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

COOK COUNTY COUNCIL.
Notice is hereby given that this Council proposes to
execute a certain public work, and for that purpose
to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
The works proposed to be undertaken are the formation,
metalling, and drainage of a road in the Okahuatiu No. 2A
Block.
Any persons having any objection to the taking of the
land, or who will be injuriously affected by the construction
of the road, are required to state their objection in writing,
and send the writing to the office of the Cook County Council, Childers Road, Gisborne, on or before the 24th day of
February, 1916.
A plan of the roads to be taken and of the works to be
undertaken may be seen at the office of the Council during
office hours.
SCHEDULE.
AREA: 9 acres 0 roods 29 perches and 1 rood 9·5 perches.
