SCHEDULE.
TURAKINA DOMAIN.
ALL that area of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 85 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 191, Block I, Koitiata Survey District. Bounded towards the west and north generally by road and river-bank reserve, one chain wide, along the southern bank of the Turakina River; towards the east generally by the road and river-bank reserve aforesaid, by Section 192 (a stock reserve), and again by road and river-bank reserve aforesaid; and towards the south-east by Section 190. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/193, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the Gazette of the twelfth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Gorge Domain, and doth hereby appoint

EDWIN JAMES GOTHARD,
JOHN HARRIS, Sen.,
JOHN GRANT, and
JOSEPH MICHAEL O’HAGAN

to be the Gorge Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Examiner Office, Vogel Street, Woodville, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
GORGE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 28 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 26, Block I, Mangahao Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by a road and by Section 24, Block I, Mangahao Survey District; towards the east generally by the road forming part of the western boundary of Section 27 of said Block I; towards the south and south-west generally by a road; and towards the north-west by a right line bearing 41° 22′ 30″ from the northernmost angle of the last-mentioned road to the road forming the north-eastern boundary. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 25119/17, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 72 acres, more or less, being Section 27, Block I, Mangahao Survey District. Bounded towards the north and east generally by a road reserve along the Manawatu River; towards the south-east by a line forming the north-western boundary of Section 14, Block I, Mangahao Survey District; and towards the west generally by a road: excepting from the above-described area a public road which intersects the same. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 25119/10, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 252 acres, more or less, being Section 38, Block I, Mangahao Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by a forest reserve and by a ferry reserve; towards the east generally by a public road along the west bank of the Manawatu River, by Section 26, Block II, Mangahao Survey District, and by Centre Road; and towards the west generally by Section 3, Block I, Mangahao Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/443, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kohinui Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of January, 1916.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board, having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seven, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Kohinui Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

FREDERICK WILLIAM GROVES,
MARINUS HANSEN,
WILLIAM NICHOLSON MILLER,
ALEXANDER RUSSELL CRAWFORD, and
GERALD HUDSON SUISTED

to be the Kohinui Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Kohinui, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
KOHNUI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section 23c, Block I, Makuri Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Woodville-Aohanga Road, 429·7 links and 551·9 links; towards the east by Section 23b, 959·1 links; towards the south by Section 1, Block V, 928·3 links; and towards the west by Section 96, 1041·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/55, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Varying Close Season for Mullet in North Island.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 67, of the first day of the following month, regulations were made prescribing a close season for the species of mugil known as mullet or kanae in the North Island of New Zealand:
