REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mata South Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Friday, the 12th day of May, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £230.”

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kopuarahi 3D No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Friday, the 12th day of May, 1916, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That part of the block, containing 18 acres 3 roods 22 perches, be sold to Alfred Edward Palmer for the sum of £20 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangamata 6B No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Friday, the 12th day of May, 1916, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to Alexander Eyre for the sum of £390.”

“That the land be sold to Thomas Goldsworthy for the sum of £954.”

“That the land be sold to Albert Tait and Lawrence William Heaton for the sum of £6 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakatahataha No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Wednesday, the 17th day of May, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Alfred Andrewes at the price of £2 per acre.”

“That the said land be sold to John William Hayes for the sum of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kotuku B, Section 3, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Wednesday, the 24th day of May, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the millable timber on this section be sold to the Kauri Timber Company (Limited) at a price calculated at 6d. per 100 sup. ft.”
