THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Now, therefore, I, Alexander Lawrence Herdman, His Majesty's Attorney-General for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, in pursuance of clause 20 of the said regulations, notwithstanding the said declaration, authorize and permit all transactions which may be necessary for the winding-up of the business of the said companies, firms, and persons or for the performance of existing contracts; provided that such transactions take place with the knowledge and consent of the Custodian of Enemy Property or of some person appointed by him in that behalf.
Dated this 20th day of April, 1916.
