NOTE. - Separate minimum loads (under one ton weight or
measurement) from, or to, or between different places shall be
paid for as full loads; but this shall not apply to any loads over
one ton weight or measurement, which shall be paid for in pro-
portion - e.g., 25 cwt. = 1½ loads; 30 cwt. = 1½ loads; 35 cwt. = 1¾ loads.
Where the Storekeeper's order specifies the weight or measurement
of the material, or states the number of loads, such order shall be
the basis of payment under the contract.

AUCKLAND HARBOUR.-DREDGERS.

Marine Department,
Wellington, N.Z., 10th April, 1916.
THE Auckland Harbour Board have notified that the
dredger "Ilapai" is now working approximately 150 ft.
N.E. of the N.E. corner of the King's Wharf, with six moor-
ings laid out in N., S., E., and W. directions.
Charts, &c., affected: Admiralty Charts Nos. 1970 and
1896 ; "New Zealand Pilot," eighth edition, 1908, Chapter ii,
page 28.

Notice to Mariners No. 29 of 1916.

AUCKLAND HARBOUR.

Marine Department,
Wellington, N.Z., 12th April, 1916.
REFERRING to Notice No. 26 of 1916, re trig. station
on reef off Judges Bay, the third paragraph of notice
is amended to read "Two temporary line beacons have been
erected by the Railway Department in Hobson's Bay on a
line bearing 137° 44' S. 57° 46' E. (magnetic) from the per-
manent trig. station."

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the under-
mentioned land having been declared forfeited by
resolution of the Otago Land Board, the said land has
thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the
Land Act, 1908.
