NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Wanganui on the 14th day of April, 1916, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omahu No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 27th day of April, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“That the said land, containing 343 acres, be sold to Elizabeth Blake at a price to be not less than £3,140; or, in the alternative
“That the said land be leased to Elizabeth Blake at a rental to be not less than £157 per annum.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omahu No. 1A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 27th day of April, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, containing 29 acres 2 roods, be leased to Hedley Vickers Codd for a term of five years at a rental of 14s. per acre per annum.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Karamu C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 27th day of April, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a portion of the said land, containing 35 acres 1 rood 18 perches, be leased to Arthur William Allen for a term of ten years at a rental to be not less than £2 10s. per acre per annum.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Koparakore B No. 2F will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 27th day of April, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, containing 27 acres 3 roods 5 perches, be leased to John William White for a term of seven years at a rental of £33 12s. per annum.”

NOTICE is hereby given that JOSEPH WILLIAM AMESBURY MANNING, of England Street, Ponsonby, Condiment Manufacturer, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office on Thursday, the 6th day of April, 1916, at 2.30 o’clock.
