HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, resignations, and transfers of the undermentioned officers of the Territorial Force :—

5th Mounted Rifles (Otago Hussars).
2nd Lieutenant Allan Ritchie Douglas, from the 10th (North Otago) Regiment, to be 2nd Lieutenant (supernumerary to establishment). Dated 9th February, 1916.

12th (Otago) Mounted Rifles.
The undermentioned to be 2nd Lieutenants (temp.) during the absence of officers with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force. Dated 19th January, 1916 :—
