RESOLUTION MAKING A SPECIAL RATE AT AN ORDINARY
MEETING HELD ON THE FIFTH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1916.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the
Kaitieke County Council hereby resolves as follows:-
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £2,000, authorized to be raised by the
Kaitieke County Council, under the Local Bodies' Loans Act,
1913, for the purpose of widening and metalling and of metal-
