The notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 6, of the 27th January, 1916, relative to the promotion of Captain Hubert Havard Wright to the rank of Major, with effect from 21st November, 1915, is cancelled.

Captain Hubert Havard Wright, Army Service Corps, is granted the local rank of Major while employed with the New Zealand Military Forces. Dated 21st November, 1915.

Lieutenant David Barker, from the Reserve of Officers, to be Lieutenant. Dated 4th February, 1916.

6th (Manawatu) Mounted Rifles.

Quartermaster and Honorary Captain Samuel Nickell is granted the rank of Honorary Major. Dated 1st February, 1916.
