Auction.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned pastoral runs will be offered for license by public auction
at this office at 11 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, 12th April,
1916, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, and amendments.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
RUN 515, Tuapeka County (Class A) : Area, 4,550 acres
term, fourteen years; upset annual rental : per acre 6d.,
total £120 ; valuation for improvements, £223 4s.
Section 7, Block I, Kaitangata Survey District, Bruce
County (Class B) : Area, 139 acres 3 roods 30 perches ; term,
twenty-one years ; upset annual rental: per acre 4d., total
£2 10s.
Possession will be given on the day of sale.
LOCALITY AND DESCRIPTION OF RUNS.
Run 515.-Situated near Coal Creek, about five miles from
the Town of Roxburgh, from which place the run has access
by the main road and also by an unformed stock-road. The
country is mostly summer country, the greater part being
at an altitude of 800 ft. to 4,500 ft. above sea-level, and is
well grassed and watered. The run has a good easterly
aspect, and is sheltered from the south-west wind. Fenced
as shown on plan.
Section 7, Block I, Kaitangata District.-Situated about
four miles from the Town of Milton. Land mostly in poor
bush, somewhat steep and broken, and with a southerly
aspect.

DESCRIPTION OF RESERVES.
- All flat stony land, ploughable, half in native grass.
Access from Tinwald Railway-station by main road, about
eight miles. There is about 70 chains of boundary fence on
this reserve. - Nearly all hills, fair volcanic soil, rocky and broken
