IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.
SCHEDULE.

Declaring Portion of Hunt’s Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Hunt’s Road, in the Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, commencing at its junction with the Te Kuiti–Mokau Road, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally adjoining or passing through Sections 10, 11, and part 12, Block XVI, Maungamangero Survey District, and terminating at a point about 10 chains north of the south-western corner of the said Section 12; being a distance of one mile, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39524, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mount Nessing Domain.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the Mount Nessing Domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
WILLIAM STEVENSON,
JOHN SCOTT RUTHERFORD,
JOHN HENRY WRIGHT,
ALLAN BERTRAM IRVING,
SAMUEL JAMES GOULD,
JAMES YEATMAN, and
WILLIAM CLIFTON BROWN
to be the Mount Nessing Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Chamberlain Schoolhouse as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

MOUNT NESSING DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 9·3 perches, more or less, being Reserve 3952 (formerly parts of Sections 26179 and 31494), situated in Block VI, Opawa Survey District. Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 31494 and bounded as follows: Towards the south-west and west by Rutherford’s Road, 726 links and 375·5 links respectively; towards the north-east by other part of Section 31494, 813·5 links; towards the south-east and again towards the north-east by Reserve 3953, 222·6 links and 150 links respectively; and again towards the south-east by the Albury Road, 181·9 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid
