And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of a road: And whereas such road has been stopped, and it is desirable to declare the land contained therein to be Crown land: And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to declare such land to be Crown land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the above-in-part-recited Acts, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908, and that such land may be administered and disposed of under that Act accordingly.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped road declared to be Crown land: 2 acres 2 roods.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 3, 4, and 20 (Nelson R.D.), Block XV, Maruia Survey District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37367, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Franklin County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Drury Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres 3 roods 6 perches.

Portion of Section 69, Waiau Parish (S.O. 18200), Block V, Drury Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39514, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Kumeu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 2 roods 33 perches.

Portion of Waikoukou No. 2 Block, D.P. 4620 and 8077, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 18690), Block VII, Kumeu Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39297, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured yellow.
