Land proclaimed as a Road in Block V, Karioi Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Raglan County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Karioi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3 acres 1 rood 17 perches.
Portion of Allotment 56, Karioi Parish (S.O. 18578), Block V, Karioi Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39263, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waitemata County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
2 acres 2 roods 4·8 perches, portion of Lots 2, 3, and 4 of Allotment 111, D.P. 665. Coloured blue on plan.
2 roods 27·3 perches, portion of Lot 5 of Allotment 111, D.P. 665. Coloured yellow on plan.
7 acres 0 roods 24·7 perches, portion of Lots 1, 3, and 2 of Allotment 108, Allotment 109, and Lot 12 of Allotment 110, D.P. 240 and 223. Coloured red on plan.

Situated in Takapuna Parish (S.O. 18130), Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38601, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Otamatea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Matakohe Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3 roods 7·3 perches.
Portion of Section 15, Paparoa Parish (S.O 17375), Block XV, Matakohe Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39251, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Awakino County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Awakino North and Awakino East Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

47 acres 3 roods, portion of Mahoenui No. 6, Blocks IX, Awakino North, and IX, Awakino East Survey Districts. Shown on plan P.W.D 38590.
