Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura 1B 2G will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Horeke on Friday, the 29th day of December, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to J. B. Culham, of Utakura, for a term of forty-two years—twenty-one years at 2s. per acre, and twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on Government valuation, unimproved.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairere 2F, Section 5, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taheke on Thursday, the 28th day of December, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to John Webster, of Wairere, for a term of forty-two years—twenty-one years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre, and twenty-one years at rental of 5 per cent. on Government valuation, unimproved.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otiao No. 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Saturday, the 23rd day of December, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That an area of 90 acres (approximately), being the south-eastern portion of the said block, be sold to Wi Parata for the sum of £1 per acre or special Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ruapekapeka No. 7G will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Saturday, the 23rd day of December, 1916, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the southern portion of the said block, containing 26 acres 0 roods 14 perches, more or less, be sold to George Ford at the price of £3 10s. per acre.”

THE sections described in the First and Second Schedules hereto will be offered for lease by public auction at the Native Land Office in Wanganui on Friday, 5th January, 1917, at 2 p.m.
The township leases are offered under the provisions of the Native Townships Act, 1910, and are for a term of twenty-one years, with a right of perpetual renewal at a rental assessed at 5 per cent. on the unimproved value of the sections at the period of renewal.
The leases of the farm sections, offered under the Native Land Act, 1909, are for a term of twenty years, with a right of renewal for one other term of twenty years at a rental assessed at 5 per cent. on the unimproved value at time of renewal.
The conditions of sale and of the leases are stated in the Third Schedule.
