Additional Regulations under the War Regulations Act, 1914.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of November, 1916.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

I, ARTHUR WILLIAM DE BRITO SAVILE, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, do hereby, in pursuance of the War Regulations Act, 1914, and the Acts amending the same, make the following additional regulations under that Act.

REGULATIONS.

  1. LICENSES for the importation of goods into New Zealand from certain foreign countries, as provided for in the War Regulations of the 24th July, 1916, shall no longer be required.

  2. Clauses 1 to 10, inclusive, of the said War Regulations of the 24th July, 1916, clause 2 of the War Regulations of the 28th August, 1916, which came into operation on the 29th August, 1916, and clause 14 of the War Regulations of the 13th October, 1916, are hereby revoked.
