NOTICE is hereby given that the Stipendiary Magistrate exercising jurisdiction at the Chatham Islands, acting in pursuance of section 89 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, will consider the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at Waitangi, Chatham Islands, on Tuesday, 5th December, 1916, at 10.30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Magistrate will permit.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pirongia West No. 1, Section 2E No. 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawhia on Saturday, the 25th day of November, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to the Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company (Limited) for the sum of £3 per acre.”
