APPLICATIONS FOR MEETINGS OF ASSEMBLED OWNERS UNDER SECTION 341 OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909—continued.

That the said land be leased to Roy James Campion, of Wanganui, farmer, for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of £1 per acre for the first twenty-one years, and at an annual rental equal to £5 per cent. on the Government unimproved value of the said land for the second twenty-one years (Marshall and Hutton).
55 16/278 Puketarata 4G 2 .. (1.) That Puketarata 4G 2 be sold to Emily Fortington for the price of £2 10s. per acre; or
(2.) That the said land be leased to Emily Fortington for a term of forty-two years, computed from the date of the confirmation of this resolution by the Board, at the yearly rental of 2s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-one years of the said term, and at the yearly rental for the remaining twenty-one years of the said term of 5 per cent. of the unimproved value of the said land as disclosed by the Government valuation thereon extant at the expiration of the first twenty-one years (Bullock, Currie, and Douglas).
56 16/298 Owhaoko C No. 3 .. That the land be leased to Tutawake Hiraka, of Omahu, for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation for the first ten years, and at an annual rental of 5 per cent. of the then Government unimproved value for the remaining eleven years.

Meeting of the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board.

Wellington, 25th October, 1916.

NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board to be held at Wellington on Wednesday, the 8th day of November, 1916, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

Wairarapa applications will be dealt with at Greytown on Tuesday, the 14th day of November, 1916, at 10.30 a.m.
