Export of Butter and Cheese.—Warrant of Appointment of Licensing Authority under the Order in Council of the 13th Day of October, 1916.

I, WILLIAM DONALD STUART MACDONALD, Minister of Agriculture for the Dominion of New Zealand, acting in pursuance of the authority conferred upon me by the Order in Council made on the 13th day of October, 1916, under the Customs Act, 1913, and the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, do hereby nominate and appoint

ROBERT TRIGGS, Esquire,

being an officer of the Government Service, to be the Licensing Authority under the said Order in Council.
