REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Turikau East B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wharepaina on Monday, the 4th day of December, 1916, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 3A, Section 3A No. 3B, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wharepaina on Monday, the 4th day of December, 1916, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by way of sale to William George Butcher shall be agreed to.”

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Frances Mary King shall be agreed to.”
