to its junction at Kukumoa Cutting with the road running in
a south-easterly direction; thence by a right line to the north-
eastern corner of Section No. 404, Block VI, of the said dis-
trict, and by its eastern boundary; towards the south by
Section No. 405 of the said Block VI; and towards the west
generally by the eastern side of the road forming the eastern
boundary of Section No. 401, Block VI aforesaid, and Sec-
tion No. 16 of the said Block II, to a point in line with the
northern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section; thence
by a right line to and by the said Section No. 16 and Sections
Nos. 22, 21, 18, 17, 14, 13, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, and 4 of Block II
aforesaid to the road forming the eastern boundary of Sec-
tion No. 371 aforesaid, and by the eastern side of that road
to the sea, the place of commencement.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block VII, Ohinewairua Survey District, for the Purposes of a Post-office.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under
the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to
execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of
a post-office in Block VII, Ohinewairua Survey District, and
for the purposes of such public work the land described in
Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is
hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to
be taken is deposited in the post-office at Moawhango, and
is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by
the execution of the said public work or by the taking
of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded
objections to the execution of the said public work or to
the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and
send such writing, within forty days from the first publica-
tion of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken:
20·9 perches.

Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40558,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon edged red.
