Land in Auckland Land District declared to be subject to Section 127 of the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Land Board of the Auckland Land District has recommended that the Crown tenants of the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which they have no control preventing the profitable occupation of such lands :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section twenty-five of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908 ; and I do further fix three years from the dates mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said lands shall be exempt from payment of rent.
