Order vesting Shares in certain Companies in the Custodian of Enemy Property. §
I, ALEXANDER LAWRENCE HERDMAN, His Majesty’s Attorney-General for the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the shares specified in the Schedule hereto in the respective companies incorporated in New Zealand and mentioned in that Schedule belong at law or in equity to enemies within the meaning of clause 3 of the regulations made under the War Regulations Act, 1914, on the 2nd day of May, 1916, or that such enemies possess legal or equitable interests in those shares, do hereby, in pursuance of the authority conferred upon me by clause 3 of the said regulations, order and declare that the shares so specified in the Schedule hereto shall be vested in the Custodian of Enemy Property.

Shares in the Drapery and General Importing Company of New Zealand (Limited).
- Shareholder.—Alice Wallach, daughter of the late Isaac Hallenstein, of Melbourne, and wife of Dr. Wallach, of Essen : Resident at Essen.
Shares.—5,500 preference shares, shown by scrip No. 205 for 5,000 shares Nos. 94801 to 99800, and scrip No. 313 for 500 shares Nos. 84301 to 84800. Also 8,178 ordinary shares, Nos. 83001 to 89356 and 225937 to 227758 ; certificate No. 169.
- Shareholder.—Ida Wallach, daughter of the late Isaac Hallenstein, of Melbourne, and wife of Dr. S. Wallach, of Essen : Resident at Essen.
Shares.—5,500 preference shares, shown by certificate No. 206 for 5,000 shares Nos. 99801 to 104800, and No. 314 for 500 shares Nos. 84801 to 85300. Also 8,178 ordinary shares, Nos. 129001 to 133534 and 89357 to 93000 ; certificate No. 231.
