The owner of the cow-byrn on Section 17, Block XIII, shall have the right to remove same after the sale, and former licensees of other sections may also remove their fencing in cases where sections have not been loaded with value of same.
Open, level sections, mostly in grass, situated about eight miles from Town of Invercargill.
