from the Board of Trade or other competent authority. British Consular Certificates are required for such goods and certain conditions have to be complied with in United Kingdom.

  1. Any Belgian goods so imported will, if re-exported to New Zealand, be dealt with in a similar manner to other re-exports by the Exporter obtaining from the British Customs a duplicate of Specification (Form 30) or Shipping Bill (Form No. 64), as the case may be. The procedure laid down in paragraphs 9–13 above will also apply to Belgian goods re-exported from the United Kingdom.

  2. The production to the Customs Authorities in New Zealand of such duly completed duplicates will consequently relieve the Importer there of any further action in the matter of such Belgian goods.

  3. Before any goods of Belgian origin, other than re-exports, are shipped to New Zealand, the authority for shipment must first be obtained from the High Commissioner for that Dominion, who, on application, will supply all information as to the procedure therein.
