NOTICE is hereby given that at the expiration of three months from this date the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II, Unclaimed Lands.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has, for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and its amendments (relating to unclaimed lands), made due inquiries with respect to the land described in the Schedule hereunder, and the whereabouts of the owner thereof, and has, in respect of the said land, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of the said Act, and has in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent hereto: And whereas the Public Trustee has not thereby ascertained the whereabouts of the owner or of any agent of such owner in New Zealand, nor has such owner established his title to the said land, as required by the said Act:

Now, I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee, hereby give notice that the said land is, under and by virtue of the said Act, vested in the Public Trustee as aforesaid, as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, and its amendments; the value of the land for the purposes of section 67 (d) of the said Act being less than £100.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 16·6 poles, more or less, being Allotments Nos. 14 and 15, Block V, deposited plan No. 191, Township of Ascotvale, and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 139, folio 87, Otago Registry.
