ABSTRACT OF CONDITIONS OF LICENSE.
- (a.) A license to occupy with right of purchase shall be for a term of twenty-five years, with right of purchase after six years if conditions fulfilled. Rent, 5 per cent. per annum on the capital value, payable on 1st January and 1st July in each year. No rent is payable for the first five years of the term of the license.
(b.) A license to occupy with agreement to purchase shall be for a term of fifteen years. Purchase-money payable by equal half-yearly instalments on 1st January and 1st July in each year, the first being payable on the commencement of
