DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
subsisting between us, the undersigned, under the
firm or style of “Hill & Fleming,” Solicitors, Te Puke, has
been dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to the late firm are payable to Mr. J. COEN-
DOZ HILL, by whom the legal business of the late firm will in
future be carried on.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between the undersigned, JAMES ARMSTRONG
BLAIKIE and ERNEST GORDON WILSON, under the name of
“Blaike & Wilson,” as Surveyors at Gore, has been dissolved
as from the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred
and fifteen, by mutual consent.
All moneys owing to the late firm are payable to George
Brett, Accountant, Mersey Street, Gore, whose receipt will
be a sufficient discharge for the same; and all liabilities of
the late firm will be discharged by the said George Brett.
The business will in future be carried on by the said ERNEST
GORDON WILSON in his own name.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between JOHN REGI-
NALD HAYES ARCHER and THOMAS JACK HALLIBUR-
TON, trading together in copartnership as “Archer and
Halliburton,” Horticultural Ironmongers, at 695 Colombo
Street, is hereby dissolved from this date. The said THOMAS
JACK HALLIBURTON will discharge all liabilities owing by the
said firm, and all accounts owing to the said firm are to be
paid to him forthwith at his new address, 148 Oxford Terrace
(near Hereford Street), or P.O. Box 997.

HELENSVILLE TOWN BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—MEETING, 13TH MAY,
1915.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Helensville Town Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £1,000, authorized to be raised by the
Helensville Town Board, under the above-mentioned Act,
for water and drainage works, the said Helensville Town
Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-farthing
in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property
of the whole of the Helensville Town District; and that such
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day
of April in each and every year during the currency of such
loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully
paid off.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and their amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of
Wellington proposes, under the provisions of the
above-mentioned Acts, and all other Acts and powers enabling
it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work—namely,
the widening of Childers Terrace; and for the purpose of
such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto
are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given
that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited
in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, in
the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said city, and are there
open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during
ordinary office hours; and that all persons affected by the
execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands
should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution
of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands,
set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within
forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the
Wellington City Council, addressed to the Town Clerk at
his said office.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and the KIA-ORA
VICTORIA GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary meeting of the above company duly
convened and held at Port Chalmers on 9th April
at 8 p.m. the following special resolution was duly passed ;
and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting also duly
convened and held at Port Chalmers on 23rd April the fol-
lowing resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that
Jas. H. Gray be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the
purpose of such winding-up.”
