Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaitara No. 2c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Batley on Thursday, the 10th day of June, 1915, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the land be sold to G. F. Linnell, the younger, being 224 acres, more or less, for the price of £1 per acre."

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharikiriki No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Thursday, the 10th day of June, 1915, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be sold to Carl Schrader for the price of £1 per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Karaka D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Thursday, the 10th day of June, 1915, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be sold to William Christopher Irvine for the sum of £1 8s. 6d. per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Opanake 2K 2x will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Friday, the 11th day of June, 1915, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be given to Wiremu Rikihana by way of gift."

"That the said land be sold to James Cope for the sum of £5 per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 57B No. 2, Parish of Whangape, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia on Friday, the 11th day of June, 1915, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the land be leased to Alexander McRae for a term of twenty-five years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre."

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments, that the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto will be offered for sale by public auction at the office of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board, Rotorua, at 11 o'clock a.m. on Monday, the 28th day of June, 1915.

The terms and conditions under which the land is offered are as set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
