Prohibiting all Private Alienation of certain Native Land.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of May, 1915.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by those sections, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend the period of an Order in Council made the twenty-third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, for a further period of twelve months, prohibiting all alienations of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Rawhitiroa Block: Approximate area, 27 acres 0 roods 26 perches; Waihou Survey District.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by those sections, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend the period of an Order in Council made the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, for a further period of twelve months, prohibiting all alienations of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Tapatu Block: Approximate area, 7,300 acres.
Waitangirua Block: 1,100 "
Situated in Matakoa, Whangaparaoa East, and Mangaporo Survey Districts.

Revoking the Vesting in the Cheviot County Council of Portion of Quarry Reserve 3709, Block XI, Cheviot Survey District, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of May, 1915.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Cheviot County in trust for quarry purposes, by an Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of that month, in pursuance of section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881, but a certificate of title has not issued in respect of the said reserve:

And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto, and the Cheviot County Council has duly consented to such revocation:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection two of section three of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1914, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 3709, Block XI, Cheviot Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east, 613·9 links and 149·4 links respectively, by other part of Reserve 3709; towards the south-east, 600 links, by Lot 2, Cheviot Estate; and towards the south-west, 150 links, by the Gore Bay Road: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 52729/12, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Savings-bank.—Interest-bearing Deposits by Trustees of certain War Distress Relief Funds.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of May, 1915.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power conferred upon him by section seventy-seven of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prescribe that the limitation of the amount of interest-bearing deposits in the Post Office Savings-bank, as fixed by the said section seventy-seven as amended by section four of the Post and Telegraph Amendment Act, 1913, shall not apply to deposits of the bodies named in the Schedule hereto (being non-mercantile bodies within the meaning of the said section); provided that a copy of the conditions of control and expenditure of such deposits shall be forwarded to the Postmaster-General as soon as possible after the making thereof, together with the names and addresses of the trustees and other officers for the time being in office.

SCHEDULE.
THE Trustees of any fund approved by the Governor under section 2 of the War Contributions Validation Act, 1914 (No. 2).

Vesting a Public Cemetery in the Otahuhu Borough Council.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of May, 1915.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for a public cemetery:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Corporation of the Borough of Otahuhu:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day
