REGULATION No. 48. REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangaorapa No. 2b Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waipawa on Thursday, the 20th day of May, 1915, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the said land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paerahi D Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waipawa on Thursday, the 20th day of May, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land, containing 258 acres, be leased to John Davis Canning for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per centum per annum of the Government valuation for the first ten years, and for the residue of the term at a rental of 5 per centum per annum of the Government valuation made at the expiration of the first ten years of the said term.”
