Land set apart for Selection.
[L.S.] LIVERPOOL, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
Kaiwhakauka Block.—Area, 11,738 Acres.
SECTIONS 10 and 11, Block XI, Retaruke Survey District.
" 1 to 7 " XV
" 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block III, Whirinaki S.D.
As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/34, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventh day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/32, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventh day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
14 acres 2 roods 18 perches, portion of Rangitoto-Tuhua 72b No. 2 Block. Coloured pink on plan L. and S. 1912/1422A.
2 acres 2 roods 25 perches, portion of Rangitoto-Tuhua 72b No. 3A Block. Coloured purple on plan L. and S. 1912/1422A.
1 acre 2 roods 20 perches, portion of Rangitoto-Tuhua 72b No. 3c Block. Coloured pink on plan L. and S. 1912/1422B.
Situated in Block III, Mapara Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington.
