Copper, unwrought and part wrought, all kinds, including alloys of copper (such as brass, gun-metal, naval brass and delta metal, phosphor copper and phosphor bronze), copper and brass sheets, circles, slabs, bars, pipes, ingots, scrap, rods, plates, solid-drawn tubes, condenser plates, copper wire, brass wire, bronze wire, solder containing copper.
Lead, pig, sheet, or pipe.
Tin, chloride of tin.
Barbed wire, and implements for fixing and cutting the same.
Warships, including boats, and their distinctive component parts of such a nature that they can only be used on a vessel of war.
Submarine sound-signalling apparatus.
Aeroplanes, airships, balloons, and aircraft of all kinds, and their component parts, together with accessories and articles recognizable as intended for use in connection with balloons and aircraft.
Fusel oil (amyl alcohol), amyl acetate, aceto-celluloses, trephenyl phosphate.
Motor vehicles of all kinds, and their component parts.
Tires for motor vehicles and for cycles, together with articles or materials especially adapted for use in the manufacture or repair of tires.
Rubber, including raw, waste, and reclaimed rubber, and goods made wholly of rubber.
Iron-pyrites.
Mineral oils and motor spirit.
Implements and apparatus designed exclusively for the manufacture of munitions of war, for the manufacture or repair of arms, or war material for use on land or sea.
Raw wool, wool tops and noils, woollen and worsted yarns.
Castor-oil.
Paraffin wax.
Copper iodide.
Lubricants.
Hides of cattle and horses; skins of calves, pigs, sheep, goats, and deer.
Leather, undressed or dressed, suitable for saddlery, harness, military boots, or military clothing.
Ammonia and its salts, whether simple or compound; ammonia liquor.
Urea, aniline, and their compounds.
CONDITIONAL CONTRABAND.
Foodstuffs.
Forage and feeding-stuffs for animals.
Oleaginous seeds, nuts, and kernels.
Animal and vegetable oils and fats (other than linseed oil) suitable for use in the manufacture of margarine.
Cakes and meals made from oleaginous seeds, nuts, and kernels.
Clothing, fabrics for clothing, and boots and shoes, suitable for use in war.
Gold and silver in coin or bullion; paper money.
Vehicles of all kinds (other than motor vehicles) available for use in war, and their component parts.
Vessels, craft, and boats of all kinds; floating docks, parts of docks, and their component parts.
Railway material, both fixed and rolling stock, and materials for telegraphs, wireless telegraphs, and telephones.
Fuel other than mineral oils.
Powder and explosives not specially prepared for use in war.
Horse-shoes and shoeing materials.
Harness and saddlery.
Field-glasses, telescopes, chronometers, and all kinds of nautical instruments.
Tanning substances of all kinds.
