posed alternative resolutions :—
“ 1. That the land be leased to Louis Holden for a term
of fifty years at an annual rental of £12 10s. during the first
twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value
(but not to be less than £20) during the next twenty-five years.
“ 2. That the land be leased to James McCormick on
similar terms.
“ 3. That the land be sold to Louis Holden for the sum of
£20 per acre.
