The above prices relate to meat slaughtered on or after the 1st day of March, 1915.
As to meat in freezing-chambers prior to that date, an allowance of ⅜d. per lb. will be
made in addition to the above prices, to cover storage and other incidental expenses.
In addition to the above prices, storage will be paid for as follows :
(1.) In the case of meat in store prior to the 1st day of March, 1915, no storage
will be paid until the expiry of one calendar month from that day, and
thereafter the rate of storage shall be ⅛d. per lb. per calendar month or
portion of a month.
(2.) In the case of meat slaughtered on or after the 1st day of March, 1915,
no storage shall be paid for the first calendar month after slaughtering,
and thereafter the rate of storage shall be ⅛d. per lb. per calendar month
or portion of a month.
(3.) The total storage for any period shall in no case exceed ⅜d. per lb.
