Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kauaeroa Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 29th day of January, 1915, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the land be leased to Toma Taiwhati for forty-two years—twenty-one years at 5 per centum on the capital value of the land, and twenty-one years at 5 per centum on Government unimproved value."

Dated at Wanganui this 8th day of January, 1915.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South C No. 1, Section 2G, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Monday, the 1st day of February, 1915, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be leased to James Cribb, of Manunui, farmer, for the term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and of 5 per centum on the Government unimproved valuation during the remaining twenty-one years."

Dated at Wanganui this 8th day of January, 1915.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South C No. 1, Section 2D, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Monday, the 1st day of February, 1915, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be leased to James Cribb, of Manunui, farmer, for the term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and of 5 per centum on the Government unimproved valuation for the remaining twenty-one years."

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Tuhi No. 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 29th day of January, 1915, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That Te Tuhi No. 5 be leased to Henare Tumango and Te Tua Nepia for a term of forty-two years from and inclusive of the confirmation of this resolution by the Aotea District Maori Land Board, at the yearly rental for the first twenty-one years of the said term of 1s. 3d. per acre, and at the yearly rental for the remaining twenty-one years of the said term of 5 per centum upon the unimproved value of the said land as disclosed by the Government valuation thereof extant at the termination of the first term of twenty-one years."

Dated at Wanganui this 8th day of January, 1915.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino B 3B 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Monday, the 1st day of February, 1915, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted."
