Result of Poll.
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the Rongotea Town District taken at Rongotea on Monday, 25th January, 1915, on a proposal to raise a loan of £1,700 for electric lighting, the voting was as follows: Number of votes recorded for the proposal, 12; number of votes recorded against the proposal, 42; total votes recorded, 54. And I therefore declare the said proposal rejected.
