Revoking Order in Council fixing Price of Wheat.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this sixth day of February, 1915.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the same date, the Governor did, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section two of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, fix and determine the maximum price of wheat in New Zealand: And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said Order in Council as from the date hereinafter appearing:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section two of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby revoke the above-recited Order in Council of the seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, as on and from the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen; and doth hereby, by and with the like advice and consent, declare that this Order in Council shall take effect on the said fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
