Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Porotaka B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohaeawai on Thursday, the 13th day of January, 1916, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

"That the said land be sold to Henry Lindo Ferguson, Anne Acton-Adams, and Gerald Lindo Ferguson for the sum of £1 10s. per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumatamahoe 2B 2B 17 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hiruharama on Monday, the 3rd day of January, 1916, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

"That the land, or any part thereof, be sold to the Crown at the amount of the Government valuation—viz., £1,247 for the whole."

Dated at Wanganui this 15th day of December, 1915.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ruapekapeka 7G will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Wednesday, the 12th day of January, 1916, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

"That the said land be revested in the Native owners."
