IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

ALEXANDER JOSEPH INGLIS

to be a Trustee, in the place of Matthew Vesty, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Forest Gate Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Henry Dalton Hardy, Hans Peter Peterson, Ole Hansen, and John Bibby, previously appointed.

Trustees for the Stoke Public Cemetery appointed.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fifty-fifth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

Part II.—Name of Public Cemetery and Description of Land.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, and being part of Section 78 of Suburban South Original District, in Block III, Waimea Survey District. Bound d towards the north-west by a public road, 600 links; towards the north-east, south-east, and south-west by other part of the before-mentioned Section 78, 500 links, 600 links, and 500 links respectively; the south-west boundary being a line 400 links distant from and parallel to the south-western boundary of the said Section 78: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/267, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red

to be Trustees, in the place of Alexander Howie Wilson, who has left the district, and Frederick Marshall, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hunterville Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Alexander Grant Simpson, Robert Dalziell, Sydney Arthur Robert Mair, Thomas Andrew Duncan, and Patrick Sheehy, previously appointed.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

SAMUEL URE MACAULAY,

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Dargaville is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.

As witness my hand this thirteenth day of December one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Proclaiming a Road in Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 68h No. 2 and 68g, Block IX, Mapara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of an order of the Native Land Court under section ten of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1912, made on the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and in exercise of the powers conferred by the said section, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line laid down by the said order of the Native Land Court and described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

AREA of land proclaimed as a public road: 11 acres 1 rood 23 perches.

Portions of Rangitoto-Tuhua 68h No. 2 and Rangitoto-Tuhua 68g, Block IX, Mapara Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 68g and 68h 2, No. 4687, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
