SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
1 acre 1 rood 18·2 perches.
Portion of Hararahi, C.T. 128/78, Block IX, Ohinemuri Survey District (S.O. 18232).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38694, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waiapu County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Matakaoa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
4 acres 1 rood 38 perches.
Portion of Section 2, Block XIV, Matakaoa Survey District.
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 36614, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Wairau Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Avon Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38906, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land set apart in Block XIII, Coleridge Survey District, for the Development of the Lake Coleridge Water-power Scheme.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is Crown land, and is required to be set apart for the development of the Lake Coleridge Water-power Scheme in Block XIII, Coleridge Survey District:
And whereas by section twenty-one of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that whenever any Crown land is required to be set apart for any public work the Governor may at any time by Proclamation set the same apart for such public work, without complying with any of the provisions of that Act in respect of the taking or setting-apart of other lands for such purpose:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities in me vested by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of the Lake Coleridge Water-power Scheme; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
