Additional Regulations under the War Regulations Act, 1914.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day
of December, 1915.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
I, ARTHUR WILLIAM DE BRITO SAVILE, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby, in pursuance of the War Regulations Act, 1914, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, make the following additional regulations under that Act.
REGULATIONS.

THE War Regulations of the 15th day of November, 1915 (relating to the permits required by persons leaving New Zealand) are hereby amended by revoking clause 5 thereof.

The said War Regulations are further amended by adding to paragraph (c) of clause 6 thereof the words βother than a ship arriving from a port in the Commonwealth of Australia.β
