MAORI LAND ADMINISTRATION NOTICES.
Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangamata No. 4D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 17th day of December, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £3,015.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manaia 1B and Manaia 2B, Section E No. 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manaia on Saturday, the 18th day of December, 1915, at 12.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1,714.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omaunu No. 1A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo on Friday, the 10th day of December, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

“That the said land be sold to William Henry Saies, of Saies, storekeeper, for the sum of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otarapoka Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Tuesday, the 14th day of December, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Frederick Ludolph Spanhoke for the sum of £50.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paihia 3B No. 11 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Tuesday, the 14th day of December, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the block be sold to Peter Lunjevich, of Herekino, farmer, for the sum of £1 per acre, or at Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oharae Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Tuesday, the 14th day of December, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Frank Thomas at a price equal to the Government valuation thereof, or £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matarau C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Tuesday, the 14th day of December, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the block be sold to James Martin Forster, of Kaitaia, storekeeper, for the sum of £7 per acre, or at Government valuation.”
