Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VI,
Waitemata Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the pur-
poses of a road in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District:
And whereas an agreement has been entered into, in terms
of section twenty-seven of the said Act, to take such land for
the public work hereinafter set forth:
And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister
has recommended the Governor to issue a Proclamation
taking the land as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every
other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the
agreement hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said road;
and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of Novem-
ber, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

0 2 2·3, portion of Lot 4 of Section 67.

Situated in Paremoremo Parish (S.O. 18240), Block VI,
Waitemata Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39010,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile.
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zea-
land and its Dependencies; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of
November, in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and fifteen.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Gravel-pit in Block VII,
Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes
of a gravel-pit in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District:
And whereas the Hawke's Bay County Council has laid
before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map in
duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by
the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Counties Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority
in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of the said gravel-pit, and
shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of
the County of Hawke's Bay, as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I do hereby declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the fourth day of December,
one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

District, Murchison County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur Wil-
liam de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
and of the Murchison County Council, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated,
proclaim as a road the land in Maruia Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block XV, Maruia Survey District (Nelson
R.D.).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37367,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile.
