IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the Legislature Act, 1908, and all Acts amending the same.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Legislature Act, 1908, and all Acts amending the same, and in exercise of all others I may possess, I hereby nominate the
Honourable THEOPHILUS COOPER, Esquire, and the
Honourable FREDERICK REVANS CHAPMAN, Esquire,
both being Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to be the Judges before whom shall take place the trial of the election petition following—that is to say, the petition of Charles Kendall Wilson, of Paemako, Farmer, against the return of William Thomas Jennings, as Member of Parliament for the Electoral District of Taumarunui—which petition prays (1) for a scrutiny and recount by the Court of the votes at the election held in the said Taumarunui District on the 10th December, 1914, (2) that it may be determined that the said William Thomas Jennings was not duly elected or returned, and (3) that the election be declared void.

LEGISLATURE ACT, 1908.
IN exercise of all powers and authorities enabling us in this behalf, we, being the Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand named and appointed to try the petition presented under the Legislature Act, 1908, and all Acts amending the same, by Charles Kendall Wilson, of Paemako, Farmer, against the return and election of William Thomas Jennings as a Member of Parliament for the Electoral District of Taumarunui, do hereby fix the Courthouse in Taumarunui as the place where, and half past ten o’clock in the forenoon of Monday, the 22nd day of February, 1915, as the time when, the said petition shall be tried.
