Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Opuatia 11B, Section 7, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Monday, the 29th day of November, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to Thomas Francis Muir for the sum of £4 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Karae No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Monday, the 6th day of December, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to the Crown at the sum of £1 10s. per acre clear of all deductions, and that permanent kaingas be cut out.”

“That the said land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1 10s. per acre clear of all deductions, and permanent kaingas to be cut out.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kotuku B 4A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Friday, the 3rd day of December, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the marketable milling-timber on the said land be sold to William Arthur O’Brien at a royalty of 6d. per 100 superficial feet.”
