Staff Sergeant-major John Sydney Thomson (W.O.), is granted the rank of Honorary Lieutenant during the period of the war. Dated 1st October, 1915.
Sergeant-Instructor David Cecil Wallace Cossgrove is granted the rank of Honorary Lieutenant during the period of the war. Dated 1st October, 1915.
