THE following notices, received from the Mayor of the City of Christchurch, are published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913.

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL.
Notice of Result of Poll.
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of that part of St. Albans Ward known as North Richmond, and named “North Richmond Special-rating Area No. 2,” was taken on the 14th day of October, 1915, on the proposal of the Christchurch City Council to raise a loan of £6,200 for the purpose of constructing waterworks for the supply of pure water for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the said part of St. Albans Ward. The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 77. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 30.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

Notice of Result of Poll.
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of that part of St. Albans Ward known as North Richmond, and named “North Richmond Special-rating Area No. 2,” was taken on the 14th day of October, 1915, on the proposal of the Christchurch City Council to raise a loan of £5,000 for the purpose of doing all things necessary to light the streets and public places of the said part of St. Albans Ward with electricity, and to supply electricity to the inhabitants thereof. The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 80. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 28.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
